Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026-03-30

Welcome to the Bambinas website. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Food Orders and Availability

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer. In the event of an item being unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to provide a substitute or a refund.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (HST) and delivery fees will be added at checkout. Payment must be completed using our authorized payment methods before an order is processed.

3. Allergy and Dietary Disclaimer

At Bambinas, we take food safety seriously. However, our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, and eggs. While we follow strict hygiene protocols, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is 100% free of traces of these allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us directly with any concerns.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet entered the preparation stage.
  • Refunds or credits will only be issued if there is a significant error with your order or a quality issue confirmed by our team.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, photos, and logos on this website are the property of Bambinas. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of this site without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
